New Exhibit Opens Veterans' Day
From a 1917 shell casing retrieved after the act of sabotage known as the
“Kingsland Explosion” to a small flag that was flown at the Radwaniyah
Palace Complex in Baghdad, Iraq,
several artifacts are on display at the
Little Red Schoolhouse Museum as the Lyndhurst Historical Society
honors Americans who served our country – both on the frontlines and on
the home front. The new exhibit, “Coping with Conflict: America at War”
officially opens on Veterans’ Day, Sunday, November 11, 2012 and
continues through August 2013.
